In direct customer contact, the focus is on building trust all the way to the question of whether the company is a good partner and problem solver. If emotionalization succeeds, customer loyalty becomes lasting or customers even become fans of the products and brand. How can such a process be carried out systematically?

Functionality, performance features and price have always been convincing criteria for B2B customers. For a long time, the brand was of secondary importance. In practice, however, subjectively emotional purchasing decisions also play an important role. In direct customer contact, as in a "marriage," it is a matter of building trust, right up to the question of whether the company is a good partner and problem solver for. If emotionalization succeeds, customer loyalty becomes lasting or customers even become "fans" of the products and brand!

How can this emotionalization of the brand or the product be achieved systematically in practice via a well-done customer or product experience management? What possibilities do I have in marketing and sales to build close ties with my target group? Experiences will be exchanged and three speakers will provide impulses.

Frank Risse, Marketing Manager at Lemken GmbH & Co. KG, has tried out many new digital options in the pandemic period to package the fascination and enthusiasm surrounding the world of agricultural machinery into stories that fascinate customers. Dina Reit, subsequent managing director of machine builder SK LASER GmbH, is currently taking over her father's company. Via personal branding, she generates emotional marketing in social media channels by telling about her work and the company succession. Sales coach Markus Milz, Managing Director of Milz & Comp. GmbH Unternehmensberatung, will present various strategies to inspire customers and take event participants on an exciting journey with comparisons from his everyday life.
